Visit to the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The head of the Center for Halal Quality Certification, Mr. Muhamed Mandžić, paid a working visit to the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where a meeting was held with the Agency's representative, Dr. Maida Bećirović.

On that occasion, the concept of the international Business Forum to be held in Dubrovnik from November 11th to 13th was presented, with an emphasis on connecting investment and trade opportunities between different markets. An invitation was also extended to the Agency to participate in the upcoming forum.

Today in Rijeka, the conference KultuRi – Conference on the Valorization of Cultural, Historical, and Sacred Heritage in Tourism was opened. It is being held on April 9 and 10, 2026, and brings together numerous experts in the fields of tourism, culture, and gastronomy.

The conference is dedicated to considering the role of cultural and sacred heritage in contemporary tourism, with an emphasis on sustainable development, authenticity of offerings, and connecting local communities.

Visit to the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Zagreb

The head of the Center for Halal Quality Certification, Mr. Muhamed Mandžić, together with the President of the Management Board of the Center, Mr. Mirza Šabić, visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Croatia, where they met with H.E. Ambassador Asma Naji H. S. Al-Amri and Third Secretary Mr. Saoud Nasser J. A. Al-Kuwari.

During the meeting, they discussed possibilities for cooperation between the Center and relevant institutions in Qatar, particularly in the area of halal industry development and strengthening economic cooperation.
