The head of the Center for Halal Quality Certification, Mr. Muhamed Mandžić, together with the President of the Management Board, Dr. Mirza Šabić, paid an official visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the Republic of Croatia, where they met with H.E. Ms. Suwartini Wirta, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia.
During the meeting, they discussed opportunities for improving cooperation between institutions, with special emphasis on the development of the halal industry, strengthening trade relations, and connecting businesspeople.
Particular emphasis was placed on the organization of the Business Forum 2026 in Dubrovnik, as a platform for connecting the business community, investors, and institutions from different parts of the world. The importance of including partners from Southeast Asia was highlighted, including Indonesia as one of the key global halal markets.
The interlocutors expressed mutual interest in further strengthening cooperation through joint projects, knowledge exchange, and institutional support for the development of the halal market.
